Providing an exact price for drain cleaning over the phone is virtually impossible. The cost of clearing a blockage depends on many factors. A seemingly simple toilet blockage can turn out to be a blocked main drain line caused by root intrusion. Clearing such a blockage requires significantly more time and equipment than, for example, a simple clump of toilet paper that can be easily removed with a plunger.

However, the following prices for services and trip charges can give you a sense of the approximate cost of clearing a blockage.

In principle, we distinguish between clearing a blocked pipe in an emergency service and regular pipe cleaning services.

Emergency drain cleaning services ensure that the pipe is usable again. During the blockage removal process, for example, a pipe camera might reveal that the main drain line is heavily encrusted over a length of 30 meters. As a result, blockages can recur frequently. Therefore, the pipe should be cleared by a pipe milling machine. Such work exceeds the scope of services covered by a flat-rate fee for acute drain blockages.

Therefore, such work must be commissioned separately. To save costs, this work should be scheduled during normal working hours. The same applies to inspections of drainage pipes with a sewer camera.
